Coaching is a client driven, forward moving process to tap in to the stream of positive energy that aligns you with all of your desires for life. How would it feel to enjoy all of your moments and create all you want in this physical world?

Coaching is a personalized learning system which enables people to find their own answers and to achieve exceptional results, even in the face of challenges. Working with a Certified Wellcoach assists clients to reach higher than they would otherwise.

We partner with clients seeking self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values, which promote health and wellness and, thereby, enhance wellbeing.   In the course of their work, health and wellness coaches display unconditional positive regard for their clients and a belief in their capacity for change, and honoring that each client is an expert on his or her life, while ensuring that all interactions are respectful and non-judgmental. Anatomy of a Coaching Package:
A well-being assessment is administered prior to the first session. This assessment covers many components of well-being: Energy, Life Satisfaction, Mental & Emotional Fitness, Weight Management, Physical Activity/Exercise, Nutrition, and Health History. The initial session will be 60-90 minutes to review, assess the current state, and to explore a wellness vision. The wellness vision is based on what you want; it is meant to evolve. You are creative, resourceful and whole! What possibilities generate excitement for you? When we anticipate a positive future, everything tilts in that direction. 

The next 11 sessions will be held weekly, 30 minutes each. These sessions will be used to develop long-term goals that lead to desired outcomes, and short-term, SMART goals or action steps for what you'd like to accomplish between sessions. The process is about dreaming and designing, trial and correction, experimentation and learning, with goals as tools to get what you want!
